A. Frequent poop can be due to some Infection or worm infestation or some other cause
a detailed history clinical examination is necessary for appropriate diagnosis and treatment of any condition please contact Paediatrician

A. sometimes his stool is seems constipated and most of the time is normal. but no stomach pain. he is active too much

A. This doesn't necessarily mean any problem unless the stools are watery, or too hard, or has blood stains or the baby has a stomach pain or looks cranky or cries everytime he poops. In all these cases you should consult a doctor. Otherwise you need not worry.
