Q.

My baby is 11 month old he is suffering from fever from yesterday highest fever record 100.1 & also he has cough. Please suggest medicine.

A. you have to give paracetamol to the child which can be given maximum 4 times per day and give a warm water to drink and also you can go for nasal saline drops every three hourly which will help in decreasing both cough and cold
