My baby is 11 month old and has constipation. She is taking vitD, multi vitamin and iron 10 drops each.
In solid diet she takes 4 tablespoons of cerelac twice a day and 50 ml khichdi. she has moved to full create milk since a month now. 5ounce 5 times a day.
in fruits she takes orange juice 2 tablespoons.
Please suggest how to get constipation problem solved and increase her solid diet.

Give her fibre rich fruits abd vegetables like pear papaya prunes figs apricots soaked raisins and spinach pumpkin sweet potato can be given and  give liquids like water soups and make her sit in warm water tub while bathing to relax anal sphincters and apply little coconut oil around anus before passing motion

Hello ma’am cerelac He is not a food that you are giving it twice a day just give proper food to your child like khichdi Dalia Roti sabji rice Dal whatever you want to Give. Other than that give good amount of water to your child to maintain hydration and apart from that also I would advise you to give good amount of food which are rich in vitamin C and fibre and start giving or honey to your child with a with warm water right before the bedtime and prune juice and papaya to your child every single morning
