Q.
my baby is 11 days old she was born with 2.75 kg after three days her weight was 2.4 kg now she looks small lean .. I can't identify whether she have sufficient feed...but I try to feed her for an hour.... whether she need supplements for weight gain...if she needed then when should I start supplements supply for her...thankyou

Babies lose some weight after birth and it is quite normal solution of worry about it at all. Baby should be totally your mother‘s milk and if mothers milk is not sufficient then you can start giving formula milk but there is no need to give anything else to your baby till your baby turned six months old
