Q.

my baby is 11.5 months old..she got fungal infection. doctor advised syrup fexofenadine and oint Itraconazole. but she is not recovering well. what all precautions I need to take?

A. it is very important to maintain hygiene of the skin of the child and if it is not improving after 1 week also it is important to get the child re-evaluated with the pediatrician and you can also take opinion of a skin specialist

A. precautionary measure.. maintain good hygiene as cleaning the area well.. you can use anti septic liquid, or use suthol liquid ... consult the doctor and take the medicine.. if there is no recovery it may be you have to change the medicine.. take care..
