Q.

my baby is 10month old can I feed him chiken/ meat ,how frequently I can feed him and what quantity ?

A. you can give chicken soup. avoid meat for now . give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

A. ma'am...better to wait till completion of 1 year to give non veg to your baby. right now you can give chicjen broth if required. any foid that is easy to digest can be given. you can egg yolk now. after completion of 1 year you can give egg white

A. in small quantities u stands video baby with non veg food making sure it is prepared at home and is also well mashed and well cooked also it is advisable to not to give a non veg more than two times in a week to the baby
