My baby is 108 days old. She was given vaccination yesterday. Today morning she had mild fever of 99.3 degrees. She is feeling sleepy but not able to sleep.

A. you can continue to give paracetamol to the child which can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge and give ice application on the injection site and the problem should improve in one or two days
