my baby is 10 months old. she is always spitting and drooling.. keeps fingers in mouth.. spitting of food especially.. except milk not having anything

Teething Is happening with your child probably which is why your child is no more interested in eating anything only sticking to Milk and doing all these things like dual in keeping the fingers into the mouth spit in quite a lot that’s very normal when a child is in the time of having its teeth
