Q.
my baby is 10 months old. my milk production has reduced alot..is it natural?... can i try to increase my bm at this stage ?

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. it is normal as the baby will start with solids intake and decrease milk intake, milk will reduce..
you can take lactation supplements as lactare or mother sparsh vardaan ..
take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic drumstick oats ragi sabudana dalia to increase milk..
