my baby is 10 months old her first teeth came on 11th june 2022 which is 9 days ago i checked her temperature its 100.3 and she also has runny nose can you guys suggest what should i do and what medicine

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about it because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
you can give calpol drops as per your pediatrician instructions
please give Babyhug pre cool silicone teether for chewing
