Q.

my baby is 10 months old.. he is having fever.. doctor gave paracetamol for 3 days for every 6 hrs..my doubt is that compulsory we have give paracetamol every 6 hrs.. if suppose baby is not having fever we have give r not ..I keep on checking his temperature.. now after 6 hrs baby is not having fever should I give r not

A. no. give only when there is a fever

A. once the temp become normal completely check the temp frequently and if till next dosage time the temp was continuously normal, u may quit the drops

A. It’s not compulsory but you can give it your child whenever there is fever.

A. no need to give paracetamol if the baby doesn't have temperature every 6 hourly For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

A. good morning definitely is not a medicine which is to be given for sure it is definitely to be repeated only if the child is having fever is the baby is not having fever you don't have to give it to your baby
