my baby is 10 months days old. past 2 3 days she is not eating properly only liquid she is taking. temp. is around 100. I gave paracetamol. but no improvement. I consult already peadtric also.he is telling its viral fever.. pls guide me.

A. it may be due to viral infection for fever you should give paracetamol syrup or drop to do 3 times in a day and whenever fever is there baby is not eating well
