my baby is 10 month old ... should I give her rusk with milk

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, it is better to avoid giving rusk to your 10 months old baby. These are not healthy foods. They contain ingredients like refined flour which are unhealthy for baby.

U Give all these things to the child after the age of 12 months because it has good amount of refined flour into it which is not recommended to be given to the child before the age of one year so I’m going to advise you to please give it only after completing the age of 12 to 13 months
