My baby is 10 month old. She is having fever. I feed her and after that I gave her paracetamol drops. She puked instantly. Shall I give her paracetamol again ?

A. Hello mom, Don't offer any medication with fully tummy baby. Wait till 10 to 20 minutes. Keep burp well your baby after every feeding and then offer paracetamol drops. Keep your baby healthy and hydrated. Thank you..
