my baby is 10 month old .she have not a tooth till now..pls help

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. it is okay. sometimes there is a delay in teething. you can wait till the age of 18 months for the first tooth to erupt in the child's mouth. but the first dental visit is mandatory by the child's first birthday
