My baby is 10 month old Her back of head is red today and she is not letting me touch there She’s continuously touching her head What is this redness ? Some part of the ear is also red Please help

A. Hi mom might be baby has hit her head somewhere.. apply coconut oil on the head and see if it gets fine ..as oil will help to reduce redness ,or itching if any. also give warm compess. if no improvement then consult doctor
