Q.

My baby is 10 month old from yesterday he is passing green colour stool and vomit my be it is due to dehydration please suggest 🙏🏼

A. give her ors water n increase breast feeding. Please consult your paediatrician for consultation in person. Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

A. It Could be due to stomach infection as well we cannot be really very sure about the reason until it is assessed by a doctor because they have their own ways of checking on things and then only you can be more sure about the reason behind it so I’ll advise you to get a check with your paediatrician
