Neeta Sachin SwamiMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello , first thing is keep your baby hydrated give ORS coconut water lemonade fresh homemade uses of sweet lime Orange. give Semi solid Khichdi for porridge... if motion is too much watery -running and so frequently do visit your pediatrician
