my baby is 10 month old and his hemoglobin level is 8 only...what are the foods i should feed him to increase hemoglobin level.can i feed him eggs?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Egg to be introduced once baby completes one year. Include apple, spinach, raisins, dates, pomergrate, egg plant, guava etc rich in iron to increase the hb level of the baby. Also give iron supplements by consulting ur doctor for the same.
