My baby is 10 mnth old.. His poop has become green colour for 4 days.she poops two to three times daily. .she has vomited twice today.. Whats the problem

It can be due to indigestion or stomach infection so stop giving milk to the baby and give ORS to maintain electrolyte balance in the body and give light and easily digestible foods like sooji Upma khichdi curd rice and if motions are loose then give enterogermina twice a day
