Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. it is the gas. Colic is very common in babies mainly in infancy . Only mother milk and also burp well after feed . gastica drop for gaseous trouble and meftal saps drop 1 m l for stomach pain can be given .

This It’s a normal thing there is no such reason behind it sometimes when we eat too much of spicy also we get hiccups or maybe your child is eating spicy a little spicy because of that but also would say it’s an absolutely normal thing you do not have to worry about it
