my baby is 1 yr old can I introduce Himalayan pink salt ?? is it good for babies ?

Chitradevi PMom of 2 children5 years agoA. Hi Mom, Yes you can add himalaya pink salt to your 1 year baby. It is good for babies, but just a pinch. The maximum recommended amount of salt for babies per day is 1-3 years - 2g of salt per day. Make sure do not exceed the recommended quantity.
