Q.

My baby is 1 yr and 3 months old but whatever she eating its get stuck and she will vomit i think she is not chewing the food directly swallow the food. How can i teach her to chew the food?

A. after 2 episodes of vomiting wait for one hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) 5ml and then again wait for one hour and then give only easily digestible food. do not give anything to eat in this 2hr waiting period. if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor. avoid giving milk and heavy diet. vomit usually occurs due to gastritis give semi solid food only

A. So when you eat the food how you are chewing the food show your child how you chew the food by showing your mouth gestures gently to your child and the child is eating that this is how you meant to Press and chew the food between your teeth slowly gradually the child is going to learn
