my baby is 1 yr 8 months old She has a cough since last 4 days I gave her sinearest and mucolite drops but no relief is made kindly suggest me medicine which is effective she cough badly even she vomit all pls send me some medication

A. it is already four days there is no relief better to see the doctor not possible to advise medicine without proper examination of the baby sometimes it can be secondary infection
