my baby is 1 yr 3 month old ,I just want to know what kind of food I should give to my baby ??

Himami it is well that you moved to family food so that it gets a variety of food to eat and not just baby food you can give her a balance of proteins carbohydrates and definitely roughage that the fruits and vegetables 2 servings of fruits and two servings of vegetables on a daily basis
