Q.
My baby is 1 year opd now but he is not able to walk or stand without support wghen will he learn to walk

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. a baby will start Sitting with support by 6 months of age and by 7 to 8 months baby will sit without support than by 9 months usually baby crawls and in 10 months baby will stand with support.
After 12 to 15 months bayby will start Walking independently and sometimes it may take even longer but in no case any Wahlker should be avoided as it can cause recurrent fall injury and delay in the walking because the child lacks confidence of walking independently.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. walking without support will come maximum by 18 months of age so before that there is no need to worry and you have to just contifnue regular diet of the child as well as baby massage and regular massage will also help in improving the muscle strength which will help in walking.
