Q.

My baby is 1 year old.She is underweight and very lean. Her weight is 6 kg only.(b.w-2.2 kg). Height is 63 cm.I know it's not up to mark.My height is also short and my husband also short height. I am really bothered about her weight gain & height. A. Hi, foods like potato, banana with milk, egg, oatmeal, nuts, chicken are known for having weight gain properties. also include dry fruits in the diet, you can give it as powder in milk. also add all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Ensure baby has proper rest as well and have good play time. Thanks
