My baby is 1 year old now. Can I start giving her eggs from now on? if yes how many eggs can be given in a week ? Can I give her poached eggs ?

A. hi yes ,by the age of one year, kids can take almost all food items which is prepared at home for whole family. so , don't worry,you can give egg. but as it is new food for a child ,start with small amount of it and give yellow part first and Check whether your child is comfortable with it or not. you can give egg twice in a week.
