Q.

My baby is 1 year old. how many numbers of soya chunk (means 10 or 15 or ....) i can give him on daily basis?

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .font give soya chunks daily

A. Hi parents if you're child like to eat and digest properly you can give it to your Child please don't force feed your child please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
