my baby is 1 year old he has got small bumps and few bumps are like the photo shown below..is this chicken pox?

Doesn’t look like chickenpox as if it would dive in chickenpox also the child would suffer with fever and it will be there on the entire body not at specific places so in this current situation I’m just going to advise you that please consult your doctor for assistance
