My baby is 1 year and 8 months and still doesn’t talk or respond to her name . She only babbles and makes noises. Is it ok ?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 18 months old but she has not spoken a word and she doesn’t respond to her name so see if she has a tongue tie or mentally weak
