My baby is 1 year and 7 months old and he is having irritating eyes.. can I use refresh tears eye drop for him?

yes you can use refresh tears if there is no any yellow discharge.
it can be allergic.
can be due to some ,irritant like dust, eyelash, carbon content of kajal or due to cold or flu.
If there is sticky or green yellow discharge then you need to get your baby assessed by a doctor as this can be due to some infection.
