my baby is 1 year 8 months, he is very hungry after giving him food as well as increasing his food..why is it so

A child often eats more than its appetite is often hungry every now and then when the child has worms in the stomach that’s one of the most common things and second could be due to thyroid I would suggest you to for either of the reasons first check with your paediatrician and they will guide you according to the need
