my baby is 1 year 3 months old, she is not eating food whenever I gave her food she keeps closing her mouth not even opening her mouth and because of not eating she gets constipated

no , you should check for the health issues like teething or mouth ulcers.
give soft food like khichdi, rice, fruits etc
keep your child well hydrated which help to prevent and cure constipation.
try food with different taste and different shapes or colors.
for example
you can offer vegetables in different form like sabji , stuffed paratha ,mix veg cutlet etc
