Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. please give delcon plus syrup to baby Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

Give Ginger juice and honey to your child twice a day for cough and also Calpol to your child for fever you can repeat Calpol after every six hours if it is required also if you feel fever is on the higher side then you can start doing cold sponging on the entire body especially forehead and behind the knees
