A. No madam that is a lot of amount that you are mentioning if your doctor has recommended you then your doctor has recommended you he higher amount of medicine to be given which is not good for the gut and health of your child can lead to complications and issues to your child amount as much on the higher side please reduce it to the right amount that is meant to be given
