My baby is 1 week old and she’s weight is 2 kg she got cough,sardi,and fever which syrups I should be take for her

Talk to your doctor what medicine is going to be appropriate for your child as under the age of four years it’s not advisable at all to give any cough syrup without having a prescription of your doctor so please talk to your doctor get the child evaluated
