Q.

my baby is 1 month old.his stomach is full of gas. what to do ? in burping gases are not coming out.

A. dear mum , the stomach of baby may appear little rounded or prominent more after feed as muscles are still week if baby stomach is soft to touch , baby not in discomfort , pass urine 6-8 time in 24 hr , alert gain proper wt dont worry
