A. yes it helps. due to pressure on one side of the head during sleeping there is flatness / abnormal shape on that side of the head. no treatment is required for flat head / bumpy head and you will see that by one year to two years of age the flat head will go away as soon as the child begins to sit and later walk. pillows will not help much in this case so do not worry. the bones in the skull are elastic so to give space to the growing brain it takes different shape and when the growth of the brain occurs properly then gradually they will take a normal shape.

A. It's understandable to be concerned about your one-month-old baby's sleep, urination, and foot shape. Let's address these issues one by one: 1. **Sleep Issues**: It's common for newborns to have irregular sleep patterns. Ensure your baby is comfortable, fed, and has a clean diaper. Create a calming bedtime routine and ensure the sleeping environment is quiet and dark. 2. **Peeing**: Newborns typically pee frequently, about every 1 to 3 hours. If your baby isn't peeing enough, it could be a sign of dehydration or another issue. Ensure they are getting enough breast milk or formula. 3. **Position Change**: If your baby seems uncomfortable when changing positions, it could be due to gas or colic. Gentle tummy massages, holding them upright after feeding, or using a baby swing can help soothe them. 4. **Shape of the Foot**: If you notice any abnormality in the shape of your baby's foot, it’s best to consult a pediatrician. They can check if it's within normal variation or if it requires further attention. Since your baby is very young, it’s crucial to get professional medical advice. Please consult your pediatrician to ensure your baby is healthy and address any concerns you may have.
