My baby is 1 month old, can i give bonnisan drops regularly

A. it is always advisable to consult a doctor before giving any kind of medication because every medicine should be given only if indicated and in a proper dose and sometimes only after ha proper clinical assessment to avoid the miss use of the drug, so it is better not to give any medicine, by yourself and avoid self medication, specially in case of the child
