My baby is 1 month 8 days now and was premature at 34 weeks. He did not latch from the very beginning and was on formula milk. I used to pump initially and the milk production was fine. But then I got sick and then because of family stress for almost 10-15 days my milk production almost reduced. Till now i get just 10 ml when I pump and sometimes just 5ml. What should I do? Will giving just formula milk harm baby’s growth?

A. If you want to improve your milk production then you can start raking shatavari kalp from dhootpapeshwar pharmacy twice a day and also include fenugreek and fennel in your daily diet
