my baby is 1 month 10 days old..he is on formula milk..today he has loose motions..can I give sporlac with milk

Keep giving formula but feed more often. Offer as much formula as your child will take.Mix formula the normal way. Reason: The formula contains plenty of water and doesn't need more.
Consult your paediatrician once for same
