Ma’am Some doctors say that sufficient food is not enough to gain proper health and height which is why they always recommend to give supplements also so it will be better that you consult your doctor and start with necessary supplements if needed as of now would advise you to start with zincovit with for 2.5 ML for one month one time in a day
