Q.

My baby is 1.4 years old. I am trying to stop giving breastmilk. How to introduce cows milk to him. what can be added to it to get it nutritious. can I give him cows milk in the morning and formula milk in the evening in a same day??

A. Hello mom it would rather be good if you could avoid using formula from the age of 1 year onwards , cows milk can be given plain also , or you may add some natural flavours to it

A. You can keep formula milk and cow milk at the same different different timings you can start with about 150 to 200 ML depending upon what is the appetite of which child during one time take the milk at about 20% of water into that in the cow milk that’s what you can offer to the child to be
