My baby is 1.3 months and sometimes his head temperature feels like a fever.some time not there

Whenever you feel it is fever then you should take a temperature with a thermometer if you seat is 99°F or more than of course it is fever but if it is lower than that then it is a normal body temperature also I must tell you that sometimes kids can have a warm body temperature but it is not always fever it’s a natural temperature
