my baby is 1.2 years old . He has a snoring sound while sleeping especially at night. why did it happen?

Snoring is common to be seen in kids but it should not be like a loud snoring like how adult people have if it has a mild snoring sound it is completely normal but if you feel it is increasing or if it is loud by any chance then you should consult the doctor
