my baby hb was 12.5 gm/dl 2 month back now it's 11 even after my baby is on iron supplement on and off as advised by his paediatrician after he achieved hb of 12.5 from 6gm/dl. I want to ask until how many days I have to continue with iron and he is still on formula feed want to shift him to cow milk when I can do that. he is going to be 1 year old on 29 September.
