My baby having very hard stools sometimes bleeds little,not having mother milk from beginning so giving formula milk ,what to do ?

To help stool passage give plenty of breast feeding and give warm massage to belly and make cycling movement of both legs and circular massage around belly button and if required use glycerine pediatric pessary inside anal opening. .avoid maida products like biscuits and include seasonal fruits and vegetables in puree form
