My baby having small white spots on his hand, is it cure or I go to doctor? Why is happened to him?

A white spot from the time of birth sometimes could be just due to birthmark sometimes it can be deficiency of calcium skin related problem fungal infection or sometimes it could be due to tummy but with what you mentioned it seems more or less like dryness only so you can apply any good cream or lotion
