my baby having fever from.last 3.days.fever reached upto 102 with wet cough severly .i started dolo 250 mg .3.5 ml sos and ambrolite s 2.5 bd .but fevr not reduced .i m vry worried plz tell wht should do now. is there need any blood investigations
